Shared Gravity

Last updated: June 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Shared Gravity (the “App”, also published in Spanish as “Gravedad Compartida”) handles information when you play. The App is operated by [Your Name / Company] (“we”, “us”, “our”).

We built the App to be privacy-friendly: there is no account, no login, and no sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any directly identifying personal information. The main data processing in the App comes from showing ads through Google AdMob, as described below.

Quick summary

1. Information We Collect

a) Data stored locally on your device

The App saves the following on your device using the system’s local storage (UserDefaults). This data stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is removed if you delete the App or use “Reset data” in Settings:

b) Information collected through advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain information automatically, which can include:

This processing is performed by Google as an independent advertising provider. For details, see Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

2. How We Use Information

We do not sell your personal information.

3. App Tracking Transparency (Apple ATT)

On iOS, before any tracking for personalized advertising, the App presents Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt asking for your permission to track. If you decline, ads may still be shown but will be non-personalized. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4. Consent & Your Choices (GDPR / UMP)

Where required (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland), the App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent for data processing for advertising before ads are initialized, and respects your selection.

5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK users)

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., under the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Because the App has no account system, much of your data lives only on your device and can be erased via “Reset data” or by deleting the App. For requests concerning ad-related data processed by Google, you can also use the controls in Google’s privacy tools. To contact us, see the “Contact” section below.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Data Retention

On-device data is kept until you reset it in Settings or uninstall the App. Data processed by Google for advertising is retained according to Google’s own policies.

9. Data Sharing & Transfers

We share information with Google AdMob solely to provide advertising. Google may process and store data on servers located in countries other than yours. We do not share your information with any other third parties for their own marketing.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
